CycPlus T3 High Performance Smart Bike Trainer (£860)
We’ve already tested Cycplus products, such as the mini pumps for electric bikes, and now we’ve got our hands on the T3 High-Power Smart Bike Trainer.
Cycplus says the T3 offers a maximum torque of over 110 Nm, supports up to 2800W and simulates gradients of up to 27%. Unlike most power meters that are calibrated with weights, the T3 Smart Trainer is said to use its own calibration system with a torque sensor that is accurate to one thousandth of a Nm.
The Smart Trainer comes with a pre-installed 11-speed cassette and is compatible with thru-axle and quick-release wheels (adapter included). Charlotte is testing it out right now, so check back in a few weeks to see what she has to say.
